Guinness went to his training school party. This was the first time he spent time with so many other dogs. He barked a lot for a while at the beginning and later on he calmed down.

Guinness plays in clear water in Samegai. ギネス醒ヶ井の清水で水遊び

On our way to our parents' place in Gifu, We took Guinness to Samegai in Shiga Prefecture. Samegai is know as a post town of the Nakasendo in Edo era.
There is a beautiful stream of spring water called Jizo-river. Guinness enjoyed playing in the fresh and clear water in the scorching hot weather. Nice way to spend time in dog days of summer.

岐阜の実家に帰る途中、ギネスを滋賀県の醒ヶ井というところに連れて行きました。醒ヶ井は江戸時代、中山道の宿場町として知られた場所です。
そこには地蔵川という湧水の小川があり、ギネスは焼けつくような暑さの中、水遊びを楽しみました。いい夏の日の過ごし方ですね。
